Product Description:
PU6005A/B-B is a two-component insulating packaging material with
low stress, insulation, excellent heat dissipation and impact
resistance. It protects electronic componentsfrom moisture, water,
dust and external particles. It can be cured at room or medium
temperature.
Applications
It is mainly used forsealing, waterproofing, dust-proofing and
fixing and shock-proofing of
capacitors, ignition controllers,sensors, transformers, lightning
arresters, power modules, etc.

Instructions:
1. Open the B material and stir it evenly.
2. Weigh a certain amount of B material, then add A material in
proportion and
stir evenly.
3. Vacuum deaerate and pour the mixed material into the device to
be encapsulated.
Precautions:………………………………………………………………
1. Please use up the product as soon as possible after opening the
package, otherwise it will
solidify due to moisture absorption and become unusable.
2. Use dedicated equipment and mix evenly according to the
specified ratio. Components must
be dry and free of moisture. If there are bubbles, vacuum
deaeration is required.
3. The mixed A and B materials must be used within the working
time, otherwise they will solidify
and affect normal use.
Transportation and Storage:…………………………………………
1. This product is not a dangerous good and can be transported and
stored as a general chemical. The production date is indicated on
the packaging bucket.
2. Do not place it in direct sunlight. Store it in a cool and
well-ventilated place.
3. Keep it out of reach of children.
4. If the material comes into contact with the skin, wipe it off
with a cloth and rinse the contact
area with water and soap. If it comes into contact with the eyes,
immediately open the eyelids
and rinse with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes. Seek
medical attention if the situation
is serious.
5. Store at normal temperature and humidity for 3 months.
